Following a jury trial, Judge Richard G. Andrews recently entered judgment on the jury’s verdict, pursuant to Rule 58(b)(2), that Claims 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 50, 60, 63, 70, 73 and 80 of L-3’s U.S. Patent No. 5,541,654 are valid.
