Andrews construed the following terms of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,582,717 and 7,598,343: “pharmaceutical batches,” id. at 1-3; “wherein the batches have a pH adjusted by a base,” id. at 3-6; and “efficient mixing,” id. at 6-11.
