Chief Judge Gregory M. Sleet recently issued a claim construction order in Edwards Lifesciences, L.L.C., et al. v. Medtronic CoreValve, L.L.C., et al., C.A. No. 12-cv-23-GMS (D. Del. Apr. 23, 2013).
